As musicians, students, and educators, it is somewhat tricky to track our progress. Music education and learning is a very gradual process that takes much time and effort.

In a musical career, we travel through times of much success and times of trial. At all times, it is important to have mechanisms to track our progress.

This article shares some great ideas on how to track the progress of our daily musical activities. The article is centered around pianists yet the ideas can be utilized by all musicians. I have tried out these ideas and they work! I encourage you to do the same.
